Ive just received these noodles and it says stir-fry on them, is the correct? I assumed they would be chicken flavour?

Mi Goreng translates to fried noodles. They do not need frying just soak in very hot water for 3 mins before draining and add the rest of ingredients. Then just stir the well before eating.

Are they peanut free?

I have tried to upload a photo of the ingredients (taken from the packaging) showing all allergens. Unfortunately the file format is not supported, however, there are no nuts of any kind in the contents (written in bold). Hope this helps.

No they are not. They contain E627 which is often made from fish. It can be made from wheat or seaweed but then the packet would brand itself vegetarian or vegan. If your worried by it, avoid.
