It works
My wife threw my old power supply away by mistake. We called tech. support and were able to access the contents of the vault immediately. In fact, the support overall was really good. They knew what they were doing and solved our problem quickly in identifying the power supply on Amazon for use with the vault. I came in quickly and was exactly what I needed and exactly what they said it was. Great job!
