## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the serving size/how many times per day do you have to take this?**
A: A teaspoon in your drink or a tablespoon drizzled over your salad. It doesn't really matter. It only matters to your taste buds since it tastes sour. It's not poisonous if you use a lot, but it makes no sense. It's to create a healthy environment for good bacteria in your gut. More is useless.

**Q: is the whey in this product made using an animal anzyme?**
A: Hello,

The Molkosan is made from Swiss milk.

Thank you,
Bioforce USA

**Q: Does it interrupt intermittent fasting?**
A: Of course, it is not water nor a herbal tea. But is a great product.
