What percentage of this cream is zinc oxide?

is this a clear ointment? Does it stain clothing? Is it easy to wash off?

No, it's white. It will get on your clothes, but it washes out. You can rub it into your skin, enough to where you don't see it anymore. There's no need to wash it off the skin. It's great for ANYTHING topical though. I don't go anywhere without it - I even carry these smaller tubes in my purse.

Where is this zinc oxide made?

I have two batches. Both are from Amazon. The older one (nearly used up) is marked made in India for Dynarex Corp of Orangeburg, New York. The new batch (Amazon, just recieved) is from Trifecta Pharmaceuticals USA of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Product of PRC (PRC = People's Republic of China = Made in China). The old batch Dynarex) is in a red and white box with red lettering but the new batch (PRC = People's Republic of China = Made in China0 is in a white box with purple lettering. You might scrutinize the picture ion the items online Amazon page to determine which one you are ordering.

why can you not return this if doctor advises not to use again due to allergic reaction?
