I ordered these and loved them. When we ran out, I ordered more. This new order did not include Solo branded lids. The lids were loose and the tops would come off as soon as you went to pick one up. I wrote to the company and explained. I asked for the correct lids. They said send me a picture. I did and never heard another word. What I believe is happening is 1-These are not SOLO tops as clearly shown and 2-These tops are packed very tight to each other. If these get hot, they are probably melting slightly as to not grab the cup correctly. Buy from these folks at your own risk.

The cups are great, they are Solo. However, the lids are absolutely horrible. I expected the lids to be Solo brand as well. They are not. Just trying to get them on the cups is impossible. They have no give whatsoever and break/crack continuously. I probably have gone through 30 cups and at least 45 lids. I CANNOT recommend this product because of the lids. Very disappointing

Ordered these prior & was very pleased. Last order has different lids, do not fit, coffee dumps, lids crack, etc. Not as advertised & would never buy again.

Lids don’t fit, handles are a waste, once you figure out how to get the handle on, they crack the lid then they really don’t even go on the cups.Very hot to hold cup without them, and the hot beverage doesn’t stay hot very long. Cold by the time I get to work & I have to microwave to get the beverage hot again & then almost to not to hold. Only good thing is they are plant based, but now I’m wondering if that’s true. I’ll stick with Walmart brand. Won’t buy again.

These are good coffee cups and I like the lids. They go on tight and secure. The only problem I have with them is that they are not insulated enough so they don't burn your hand. Every coffee cup I have ever bought has this problem except for those cheap no lid syrofoam cups. So I had to buy a sleeve to use with these as well. Still a good cup for coffee drinker.

Black plastic Lids SPLIT and then will not seal to the cup without leaking. Definite quality control problem! These cups are not a good value and I will not buy them again.

I disliked the lids fit very loosely on the cup, I was afraid of getting scald from coffee, also the heat from coffee was hot in hands while holding cup- not well insulated.

The cups are fine. The lids are not as shown. They do not have the raised sipping spout shown in the photo, but only a hole in a flat area of the top. I far prefer the spout design, which is much more resistant to spilling while walking or driving on rough roads.
