As follows the speakers i would use the wires that come with them, otherwise 18ga should work. **Q: I have a 10inch 50 w rms 2 ohm sub. will this amp work to power that?** A: In a simple answer, no it won't. Mine was less power than needed for two budget coax 6 inch door speakers. To get any thump look for the higher powered name brands, in either single channel, or dual channels you can bridge. 2ohms will take a good bit of power to get decent bass. I bought this same rated amp 20 years ago, and it made two 6x9's sound good, and loud. No way I would buy this one again, and I wish I had never bought it.
