Beautiful
So I bought this for a friend,in appearance it's rather beautiful. It's also extremely sharp. I ran my finger across the blade to find that out. I know,dumb move. Anyway I can not wait to give this to him.

Suitable knife for your average home cook. Definitely not a diamond in the rough for professional chefs. I bought mainly for the steel. But eventually found my ceramic steel. So, I returned it all together. For any modest home cook looking for a reasonable knife and steal its worth it!

It’s really sharp!!
