It's about the same size as the Bodybuilding Supplement Bible,except its got a few interesting nuggets thrown in,a must for the beginner.

You can find better information on line I was completly disapointed PLEASE DON"t Buy it use your money in something else

Not helpful, insightful or even correct
It was very basic and included outmoded and incorrect information. This is not a helpful book either for exercisers from the general population seeking to improve their body composition, or advanced athletes searching for precise food combination guidelines.

leaflet would describe it better with about 40 pages of information
This is the type of book most people with minimum nutritional information would know. When i say book, leaflet would describe it better with about 40 pages of information. Not worth the money.

Very disappointing!!
Well I was expecting a detailed book when I ordered it but I was very surprised when I recieved it, it was barely bigger than a pan fleet, the kind of thing you get free with a health magazine, no detailed diet plan, more just going over the basics with most healthing eating people already know !!

Not a bad book
This isn't a bad book, but is very broad and doesn't give the best information. However other parts are quite interesting. it's only around 70 odd pages long so a quick read.
