Can I apply this over an existing finish? If so, what finishes is it Not compatible with?

This product is a great sanding sealer and an ok stand alone finish. My experience with it is limited but I have found it doesn’t work well on other finishes or over anything that isn’t well scuffed to make a good bond.

I do not have an indoor area to apply this stuff. I do have a carport that provides shade. Will that work?

I used it in my shop, essentially an old one car garage, if you have a large piece be aware once some UV light gets on it, it sets pretty fast, perfect for smaller items but I would tackle small things first before using on something large

how can you use this on a round surface?

I use this on round surfaces all the time. The key is to just use thin coats so you don't get drips. Patience is the key.

How long is the shelf life

As with most products, this one will last a long time if you reseal after use. Keep it out of direct sun or UV lighting. Works well for most lacquer type projects. You will need ventilation because the fumes are quit offensive. Hope this helps.
