USI Alloy Steel Olympic Barbell Atlas, 300kg

Bar is good but the bar had an end cap and one O ring slipped off. I inspected it and found 2 O rings have been put inside in wrong groove and that has cause the end cap to slip off probably during transport. Had informed seller .Seller sent me a video and asked me to correct it myself !! Both manufacturer (USI) Seller should do QC and check before despatching an item and should not ask buyer to do fixes.After a big circus managed to remove the circlips and put it in the proper groove and then placed end cap and the new circlip after buying a circlip applicator (unnecessary expense on my part due to fault of seller). Also seller (from other messages/reviews ) asks buyer to return on is own initiative and expense and not by seller if a thing is faulty so that is also unacceptable . Luckily I could repair it but imagine how will I be able to pack the item as a home buyer ? Better if Seller keeps these things under Amazon fulfilled to make these issues easy.Follow up - the seller sent me another barbell which had all bushings and crirclips in place on his own which was good. I have been using the barbell and it is good and I am now squatting with 130 kgs and it is holding up well
