Yummy OSM Pancakes
I recently had breakfast at the Bunnery in Jackson, Wyoming and loved the OSM pancakes, so I was excited to see that I could order their mix on line. The OSM pancakes made from the mix were as good as the 'real thing' at the restaurant. Delicious! I haven't tried the other mixes yet, but am looking forward to it. Regarding some of the other reviews, I would probably add mini choc chips to the chocolate mix and fresh blueberries to the blueberry mix.

Great gluten free
Actually had the waffle at the Bunnery Restaurant in Jackson, Wy and ordered ore. Great taste especially since there is no flour so gluten free and all natural.

Healthy and the kids eat it. Flavors are very mild.
The pancakes made from these mixes seem to be a good alternative to regular, bleached wheat flour pancakes. They're different, though, so you need to be prepared for that. These mixes contain oats, sunflower seeds, and millet, and so the finished pancakes contain millet seeds, etc. in them. It's similar to eating a slice of bread that has un-ground grains and nuts in it. It was a little strange at first because I wasn't used to it, but certainly not unpleasant. Nutritionally there's nothing to argue about. I'm looking at the package for the "Double Chocolate" mix, which shows 180 calories per serving, 30 of which are fat calories. There are good amounts of calcium, iron, and fiber. The flavored pancake mixes (Vanilla, Double Chocolate, Blueberry) produce pancakes with a very mild flavor, so much so that sometimes (particularly with the Blueberry-flavored mix) it took me a minute to realize it was flavored at all. I also tended to notice the flavors more when the pancakes had cooled off, compared to when they were hot. I thought the "Double Chocolate" mix was misnamed, since it was hard for me to detect much chocolate flavor. While the flavors aren't unpleasant I am of the opinion if the product is going to have some flavoring (particularly with a name like "Double Chocolate") it should be more obvious. So the big question is: will the family eat it? In the case of my family, the answer is yes. We found them to be a bit heavier than what we were used to (my sons could eat only one each the first time they tried them), but other than that everyone liked them. My wife likes the pancakes' flavor. All three of my kids, including my special-needs daughter, ate them well.

Tastes great, and tastes healthy too
My only real complaint with these mixes is that I couldn't find information about how much mix was in the bag.Cooking for a family of seven means that 1 cup of pancake mix (plus 2/3 cup milk, an egg, and 2 T melted butter) is simply not going to yield enough to feed us all. So do I use the whole bag (yes, as it turns out), or do I try to split it in half? I would have loved to have had something to indicate how many of those 1 cup batches I'd be able to make. The first variety we tried was the blueberry one. The entire family liked it, but nobody was begging me to go buy more and make it again. I did think that the batter was way too thick, so I added a bit more milk. I also used coconut oil instead of butter. The second one we tried was the coconut-vanilla. I don't know if it was just that much better, or if the family had a better idea as to what to expect, but that did have everyone but the 7 year old clamoring for more and telling me I could make it any time I wanted. My teen commented that he actually felt full after a breakfast of these pancakes. That's high praise. The other varieties had similar results. Everyone thinks these just taste healthy and great. I love that I can pronounce all of the ingredients.Overall, I love these. A bit expensive, but far less than going out to eat and having everyone order a healthy pancake option.
