Really like the content and organization of this book. Uses great pictures for placements and how tos and helpful diagrams for locating areas for specific body parts and functions. Takes you from history, principles and benefits of reflexology to prep and sequences of sessions. I particularly appreciate the section for specific health issues along with many tips and procedures for working with kids, the elderly and moms to be. The author looks to have diligently worked to cover all the bases including concerns to be mindful of and did a great job. The book is printed on quality glossy paper and the photos are terrific. Would recommend this for beginners as well as those that have dabbled and those who want a well balanced work of reference. Thumbs up for sure on this one for me!

Easy to follow instructions and a great introduction to reflexology.

I bought another book I thought would be good and returned it immediately. This book was half the cost the 1000% better. Attention to detail and illustrations are fantastic!! Highly recommend this for reflexologists and newbies looking into reflexology for themselves or loved ones.

You all want this book if you're interested in reflexologyy. reflexology this lays it out pretty simple pretty easy if you're interested in reflexology this is a pretty good book to look at and understand there's nothing complex about it or hard to understand there are lots of pictures in it lots of information this is kind of one of those books that you find upon walking into Barnes and Noble in the passageway where they have all these discounted round sticker books if you're serious and do reflexology this might not be the book but it's very good basic and simple information for practice

This is an excellent and detailed guide for anyone learning reflexology and great to have on hand to consult before each client. The graphics are great. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting started.

If you have any interest in reflexology, I highly recommend this book. The papers are very high quality and thick, therefore all the photos are crispy clear. The book explains in such details how to massage each part of hands and feet and also has a seperate section just for how to massage elderly people. I have elderly in-laws and like to care of elderly people, so visit them often. Just by giving some massage to their hands and feet, they're so happy physically and mentally. If you're in hospice care or any kind of care for the elderly, please learn these techniques. There can be no harm done unlike acupunctures or Shiatsu massage. The book consists of 80% of photos(NOT cheesy illustrations), which should be for a book to explain massages and parts of hands/feet. I'm an Asian and I know the power of reflexology. Each part of our hands and feet are connected to our inner and outer parts of body. By touching a correct part of your hands and feet, you can minimize or even completely heal pain and discomfort of the body. Discover the power of reflexology.

I am trying to find out as much as I can about this art. I read several books from the library and also ordered three from Amazon. This is the best, in my opinion, ease of understanding and good graphics. Very good information about the reason behind this and where the connections lie. My doctor gives me homework, to cut down on my medical costs for treatments of acupressure.

This book is perfect for beginners. The book is high quality. Step by step all u need to know. There’s a ledger Which indicates techniques and symbols so you know if you need to rub or if it’s pressure point etc for each pic. The book is nice and big and easy to see the pics. It stays open while reading as well. Happy customer!
