I got this product for my daughter and her best friend for her birthday. The necklace came with in two days of ordering it. It came in a nice box and the necklace was perfect. The necklace chain came solid and for two 8 year olds works for them. The words are en-carved well and I have no complaints with this product at all. The link to the charm and chain is solid as well.
