Vintage Dress Womens Butterfly Printing Casual Sleeveless Party Dress

Absolutely LOVE this dress! I needed some light sundresses for my current size, and took a chance on this one. I ordered the XXL, figuring I could deconstruct and put back together if necessary. Happy to say it's not necessary! I'm 5'1", 160, and bust 38D. I'm carrying weight all over but definitely around my middle. This dress is very comfortable and flowy, and the colors are fabulous! The length is right at my knee - definitely not too short.However, the description is not accurate. First, the size chart says an XL would have fit. Perhaps... but it would have been tight across my chest. Note that my normal shirt size is large - I only buy XL for lounging around the house. The picture is lovely and makes me think of a chiffon dress. It's not - it's a mid-weight poly t-shirt material, soft and not at all like a nightgown, but not dressy. The color is definitely NOT green! It's a great mix of aqua, turquoise, and azure. In fact it's the color I would have ordered if they had called it "turquoise" or "teal" or "sky blue".The arm holes are too large for me, but they may be fine for tall women. I'll add darts to add some shaping at my chest, and it will be absolutely perfect!I'm planning on wearing it on a cruise later this summer. It's casual enough for shopping and sightseeing all day, and with a nice scarf and dressy sandals, will work for casual evenings in the dining room too. I can't wait!

The sizes run too small in this dress, so instead of using it as a Sunday Church dress, I am using it as an "around the house" sundress. It's very comfortable, and the pattern is lovely, but it is too short and too small to wear anywhere but at home.

This "dress" looked just like the photo - same blue coloring and very pretty butterflies. However, the polyester -like fabric was VERY thin - like some nightgowns or cheap lingerie is made from, definitely NOT "party dresses"! It was meant to be a gift to be worn to a birthday party, but we agreed that it was better to wear as a nightgown or at the most, over a tank next summer as a tunic with jeans or leggings since it would cost almost as much to return.

Quality as expected (good, no problem there), vivid design and gorgeous color fade. However the size is very small, and I ordered TWO sizes larger than I needed! Glad I didn't order my size!

Dress was much too small. I’m a size 18 I gave the dress to a friend that is size 14 and it was too small for her as well.

Beautiful dress! This dress does not disappoint. It looks exactly like the picture. Very comfortable as well.

order at least 2 sizes bigger than you expect - seems not normal sizing, maybe Asian but definitely runs very small
