Membrane was very thin, it arrived folded not on a roll as advertised. I weighed it and it weighed 700 gramsso it is 70gsm not 100 gsm,definitely not heavy duty as advertised. Because it was so thin I used it double thicknesswhich meant I did not have enough. I bought at my local garden shop another roll which was not only cheaper but the proper heavy duty 100gsm and guaranteed 10 years! Obviously I will never be buying from trade mart again.

Definitely not heavy duty, more like cheap groundsheet. I ordered 3mx10m and wasn't thrilled to find it's several lengths stitched together, with a hole and lots of fraying already evident on seams. Alas I've had to keep it as I've got a million other garden jobs dependent on tarping being finished, otherwise it would have been returned. Will definitely need replacing next year.

The actual membrane looks OK, but the advert stated that it came complete with 10 fixing pegs. On the basis that I only require 3.5 metres from the 10 metre roll the 10 fixing pegs would have been more than adequate to secure it. On arrival, however, the pegs were not in the package.At £9-99, and a week to deliver, it simply isn't worth all the aggravation in returning it, so now I'll have to source the fixing pegs from elsewhere and probably have to buy considerably more than I'll ever need.Bearing in mind it was the fact the pegs were included that drew me to this product in the first place I feel as though I've been conned

Product arrived very quickly and looks to be of good quality but, I bought this as from the picture the weed control liner appears to be on a roll which would make it easy to roll out and cut etc. instead it arrived folded up which has creased the liner so that it does not lie completely flat. At the end f the day it was a good price for the produce and as long as it suppresses the weeds I am happy

Water pools on the surface, it doesn't drain through it like it should unlike my other cheaper stuff that does....I've had to go round puncturing it so that my plants will hopefully survive...... I may be pulling it up again if my plants don't pick up soon. Probably more suited to going under chippings etc where you don't want anything growing.Plus side is it is easy to fit, cut and manoevre hence the awarded stars.

Having bought a 50M roll from amazon I needed 10 more meters. I thought I was buying the same quality product but found this to be abought half the weight of fabric and would not describe this as heavy duty fabric.

The house next door to me has just been demolished and along with it, the garden fence. All I have is some metal security fencing over which the builders have placed a net to give me some privacy. The net is as thin as a cobweb and provides no privacy at all which is why I ordered this membrane and I'm really impressed with it. I've zip tied it to the builders fence and despite very strong coastal winds it has stayed put and hasn't torn. I now have total privacy to my house and garden. After the build is complete and I get a decent fence back again I'll be able to use this in the garden so I'm really pleased with my purchase. You get a lot of good quality membrane for your money, it arrived quicker than I expected and it was neatly folded and sensibly wrapped so no wasted packaging. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This product arrived in a timely manner and was disappointedly packed. The roll was taped to my box of retainers and exposed to all the elements of our delivery operatives. It was therefore not in the best of conditions when received. Having said that the quality of the product is excellent and very hard wearing surface and much better than many on the market and looks like it will last for years and years. The problem comes when you place it down and working solo. The product will not lie flat as it is tightly rolled and folded down the middle and is a right **** to stay flat and unwrinkled. The product needs two people or loads of bricks etc to keep it flat whilst you apply the topping. It is also so thick that it acts like a sail when any wind or breeze is around, not a bad thing as it shows it is of good quality but again need for a third hand.Personally I would rather pay a little extra postage and have it wound unfolded if this a way of beating the postage/courier sizes cost.I think four * is appropriate and would have given 5+ if rolled singular.
