Spores (Powder) are seeds that are produced and released by the Reishi(Lingzhi) Plant or Fruit Body once it reaches maturity, it is the essence of Reishi. The spore is structured of two layers of chitin fibrous shell, and it's not water soluble, so you can hardly absorb the nutrients inside, so the spores must be broken. In fact, it takes around 1000kg of Reishi Mushroom to make 1- 3kg of Reishi Spores, so Reishi spore powder is a good super foods for you. How to distinguish the extract Reishi powder from the Reishi spore powder? 1. Extract powder tastes slightly bitter and spore powder tastes faintly of mushroom 2. The extract powder is beige in color, and the spore powder is dark brown in color 3. The extract powder is relatively dry, and the spore powder is relatively delicate due to the presence of spore oil in the treatment of shell-broken. Why is it necessary to break or split open the Spores? The Ganoderma spores are surrounded by a geometric fiber wall (chitin), which is difficult to be absorbed by the human body. We make the spores of Ganoderma lucidum with wall-breaking to fully absorb the essence of Ganoderma lucidum. It was called "wall-broken spore powder". Review: new world of mushroom - I have been using mushrooms for years, and as they are a trend, have been looking at the quality and options - there is a lot of marketing that makes it hard to tell what the mushrooms actually DO for you. I found these Reishi spores recently, after taking mushroom blends grown in the US. These are grown in China, and not because so much of our goods are from China, but because this is one of the origins of mushrooms as medicine. This Reishi spores are the best quality of any mushroom product I've tried, delicate, rich, ALIVE, and more obviouslly support my health/wellbeing than all the other mushroom products. I get with these Reishi spores, how long and rich the Chinese traditions of mushroom medicine is. I am Gratefull to have found this product...πŸ™ (and this powder taste like refined chocolate powder) Review: Superior Quality - I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this product. I used to make my own extracts and this is the real deal. It tastes and smells like reishi, which is an earthy bitter flavor with a dirty rag after taste :p It grows on you. The texture is extremely fine which makes it easy to mix with everything. I take it with my morning tonic which consists of Anthony's Reishi extract, Kivas black seed oil, Nativas Cacao, Primal Herb's Ho Shou Wu, plant milk, raw honey and now this incredible spore powder. I received this yesterday and I slept great after one cup in the afternoon. It put me in a deep lucid dream which was nice since I don't recall dreams anymore. I am definitely buying more next payday! ## Features - Reishi Mushroom Spore Powder, Triterpenes > 4%, Shell-Broken Rate > 98% - We use Ultra-low Temperature Shell Breaking Technology to keep the nutrients activity, and easier to absorb - It is described as containing the essence of Reishi's therapeutic power. It has much more active ingredient(Triterpenes and Polysaccharides) than the fruiting body - Simply mix into smoothies or shakes, stir into coffee or tea, or add into any other recipe. - In the Chinese Pharmacopoeia record, it has 2000 years history, it is the magical treasures to keep health, youth and longevity. It enjoys quite an awesome reputation even in royal level and become King and Queen choice. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PFGX68Y | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #124,082 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #610 in Mushrooms Herbal Supplements | | Brand | Yuanziyuanfang | | Brand Name | Yuanziyuanfang | | Container Type | Bag | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 316 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Dosage Form | Powder | | Flavor | Unflavoured | | Item Form | Powder | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 3 kg | | Manufacturer | Yuanziyaunfang | | Manufacturer Part Number | LOT011 | | Material Features | Is food safe, plant-based | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Information | Bag | | Package Quantity | 1 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Sleep Aid | | Special Ingredients | Mushrooms | | UPC | 631924468845 | | Unit Count | 7.05 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yuanziyuanfang - **Item Form:** Powder - **Item Package Quantity:** 1 - **Manufacturer:** Yuanziyaunfang - **Package Information:** Bag ## Images ![Red Reishi Mushroom Powder (Spore Powder) 7oz (200g) Wall-Broken Pure Ganoderma Lucidum Non-GMO, 100 Servings - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ljF51p2QL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What heavy metal contamination levels are present? do you have a msds that indicates how much of each metal is present in this product (lead)?** A: Thanks for the interesting of our mushroom powder! You have asked a very important question, our mushroom plantation is deep in "Ta-Pieh" mountains of China where have the best air quality and far from the lowland industrial cities. Ta-Pieh mountain is also known as the last virgin forest in east China. We make double tests of heavy metals, first, we test water and soil, we use spring water for irrigation, we also test the soil to make sure there is no pesticide residue, second, we test the heavy metals during production and packaging. So you don't have to worry about the heavy metals of our products. For lead, the reishi spore powder tested at < 0.1ppm. Our testing results are far below the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) guidelines for heavy metals, which is in compliance with California’s Prop 65. The following is the content of other metals we tested: Mercury (Hg) < 0.09ppm. Arsenic (As) < 0.003ppm. We also have MSDS and other test reports, If you can provide your contact information, we can send it to you. **Q: What is the expiration date?** A: Every specific packaged batch ought to have the expiry date on it. Have you checked yours? They will vary based on when ordered. Hopefully, the manufacturer will respond to your question. To sell products commercially in the USA, the date of expiration is required. I can attest that this is a good cordyceps spore powder. I have used reishi powders since late 2015. This one is quite fine, has no mustiness to the odor, and obviously its adaptogenic and ant--Herxheimer detox power is strong. **Q: Should the powder be stored in the refrigerator once opened?** A: No, it just needs to be stored in a dry place and sealed in a bag **Q: Does this product come alone with a spoon?** A: Hi, thank you for your question, this item doesn't come with a spoon Since reishi spore powder is a mushroom supplement , it's not like a drug that has a mandatory dosage. Therefore, the dosage of each dose should not be very accurate. It is usually 2-7g per day, which is ok. It should be added according to your own needs. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ new world of mushroom *by C***A on June 2, 2021* I have been using mushrooms for years, and as they are a trend, have been looking at the quality and options - there is a lot of marketing that makes it hard to tell what the mushrooms actually DO for you.
