Quality! You get what you pay for.
This is my third cat collar purchase from this company. Again I went for the sturdiness, the design and the safety aspect. I have bought several cheaper collars for my three year old black oriental cross. He is a rather large cat and this collar fits him and suits him perfectly! Once again very pleased with my purchase π»π

Failed after a couple of weeks. Ignored by seller.
It is a nice collar and was I perfectly happy with it, until the buckle came away in my hand while fitting it to my cat after just a couple of weeks. It appears there's a weak point where the rivet joins the elastic safety strap. Maybe the elastic should have been folded over and stitched to provide some reinforcement, or maybe the rivet was too big, or the elastic too weak. Either way it fell apart in my hand after about 14 days. Please see attached photo.Now, I get that it's a hand-made item, and I support sellers of hand made crafts. I sell my own wood burning art. I get that sometimes defects might go un-noticed until its already with the buyer. But when I tried to bring it to the attention of the seller via a refund claim, I got absolutely no reply, even though I made the request well within the 30 day limit. About a week later I made a second request in case the first one hadn't been noticed, but still no reply. Not good enough.It's not as if i'm being an awkward customer demanding my money back. My request was as much to bring the issue to the sellers attention, in case he was unaware of the problem. But the offer of a repair or a replacement of the faulty item would have been nice. In fact any contact would have been nice. To just ignore a customer making a perfectly legitimate request is completely unacceptable.So on the basis of being sold an item that broke after a couple of weeks and my refund request being ignored, I'm left with no choice but to leave a poor review.Although I'm saddened to say so, this seller appears to have a lot to learn about how to run a crafts business and leave his customers happy.
