Wishing I could hug those I've lost
The 2 books have made me cry! So much insight to daily living, family, actions past and present. I can relate to Annie, the feeling that nothing goes right, feeling hurt, anger. My motto in my own life is..... if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no much at all!Excellent reading!! *****

Beautiful
I stayed awake past my bedtime to finish this amazing story. I'm living in desperate times. End times. And i feel the clock ticking down the time here on this earthly realm. This was a story of sadness and hope. Heaven won the battle. We are all connected. I am at peace.

Excellent Story
I purchased this because my sister let me borrow her book and I had to buy one for myself. I think Mitch Albom is a great author. You truly feel like you are IN the story. I love 'The Five People You Meet in Heaven' and this did not disappoint. It is added to my collection, and I would recommend to everyone.

Great Writer/Beautiful Story
Follows a similar trajectory as the prequel The Five People You Meet in Heaven with a character from that story. Adds complexity in unexpected ways to relationships introduced in the prequel.Absolm is just a very fine writer and storyteller, economical and excellant in character development and pacing.

Heartfelt
Mitch Albom is an amazing writer. This book touched my heart in so many ways. From the healing power of dogs to the string that connects all humans, this book challenges one’s perspective of life, what it means to live and how unselfish acts of kindness ripple across humanity.

WOW. just wow.I love everything about this book. From the way it’s written, to the change in perspectives, to the beautiful messages it delivers. The twist at the end really got me. A part of me knew that she would see him there but that same part was also a bit hopeful that maybe they’d both live. Now reading the ending I prefer it this way. Annie would not have been fully able to transform the way that she did if she had not met him at the end. The way our character Annie was able to transform and develop as a character through this novel is really breathtaking. Starting off as someone who just “lives” to being transformed to someone who is “alive”. Which I feel plagues a lot of us as we just get too caught up in the normalcy and ignoring the uncomfortable that we drown ourselves out and become somewhat of a shell of living-being. The message that our lives are not as meaningless as we perceive it and somewhere with someone we were able to make a difference in their lives is very well portrayed.

Must read
A beautiful and heart breaking story about our purpose. I finished it in a day. When you read about Annie’s pain, you will reflect on your own life experiences. Albom teaches that there is meaning in the mundane and hope during darkness, suffering, and tragedy. A box of tissues is strongly recommended.

BEST 1 DAY READ
This book was amazing. As someone who was always scared of death I picked up this book while I was in the library in line to vote. I read just the first three pages and was instantly hooked. I downloaded and got the Kindle unlimited subscription just so I could read this book and many other books by this amazing author. This book made me feel better and OK with death and gave me such a great description of heaven. Whether you choose to have these beliefs or not, this book is truly a great read and I finished it in one day I could not put it down and I could not sleep until finish this book, the story of Annie and the people you meet in heaven is just touching.
