Good coconut taste; feels a little "oily" when dissolved in coffee
The flavor of this is fine: it tastes like coconut. I prefer straight coconut powder and bought this because I did not check carefully enough to see on the website that it contains tapioca and maltodextrin and a thickening gum.Used in cooking it was fine. When added to coffee it made the coffee feel oily/slick. I guess it's a good product for a mixed product, so I give it 4 stars.

Fantastic in oatmeal! Pretty good in coffee.
I eat oatmeal every morning at work. I bought a big bag of oats and another of craisins from Costco and keep them in my desk. This has taken a pretty good breakfast to frickin' amazing. I'm so happy that it's shelf-stable so I can leave it in my desk and it's always ready.It doesn't dissolve as well in coffee unless you're willing to spend a minute squashing the floating bits against the side of the mug with your spoon to break them up. If you do that, however, it tastes great!Haven't tried pina coladas yet :P

Mild and versatile creamer
This is an overall good creamer and like the description details it is light and flavor agnostic, without specifically coconut or nutty taste. Has a clean yet creamy texture even tastes organic if that makes sense. Takes a bit of time and stirring to dissolve fully but well worth it .

useful in diy lotions and potions
I have DIY facial cleanser that call for coconut water or coconut milk and one called for dry milk. Well if you buy coconut water or milk, they expire quickly, and I wasn't interested in drinking it. SO...the dry milk gave me an idea, could I get dry coconut milk, and I could. So easy to add. I mix in small batches so I don't worry about it expiring. Really cool.

Good product if you are making it to drink, not good for creamer
Tastes good but not very creamy also it floats instead of melting and mixing

Great quality product
Vacuum sealed, consistent powder throughout, chunks easily broken up, mixes well (with hot water), light subtle but surprisingly fresh flavor. My ratio is 2 tablespoons to about 4 oz water (post kettle boil) to use with morning oat mix.

Seal broken
When I opened the coconut milk i wasn’t sealed right. The powder was all over the place and the seal was broken.
