Ok, first things first this is a car phone holder not a puppy so it’s not cute.Only had a few days and it holds my iPhone X secure enough, probably not the best holder for my car as the dash is at a slant so the phone doesn’t drop into it very nicely and needs adjusting. Suitable enough I guess but I have just ordered a different holder as I don’t want to fiddle with it all the time.If you want cute then go and buy a puppy

Love the idea, and the cradle holding the phone I s delivered very well. However, the weakness in the design only shows up when you tighten the flimsy plastic nut that secures the ball joint that holds the cradle in the desired position.I tightened it up where I thought it needed to be, found the position to be wrong, so loosened it off, repositioned it and re-tightened, at which point the flimsy plastic ring snapped rendering the whole thing absolutely useless.The cradle itself is excellent though, holding my iPhone XR securely in place - if only I could have tested it properly on the local rough road surfaces! The clip to attach to the vent is very strong and needs some finger strength to open, which gave me some confidence over its’ staying power when in place, if I’d actually got it there!5* for the cradle, -4* for the pathetically fragile construction which prevented me actually using it. I’d be happy to pay a higher price if the construction was more robust and lasted more that 12 minutes (literally!) after removing it from the box.

I have a Samsung Note 10+ and found this was the only car mount that would my phone at the time.It looks snazzy, and is really easy to install, and even easier to install (it feels a bit wobbly to start with, but the phone felt secure as long as I don't decide to do any impromptu off-roading).The issues came when the mount had been in place for a while, and I then twisted it to adjust it a bit.The ball joint didn't twist, and the clamp came off the vent.I tried to reattach it to the vent, but found the clamp has warped in the heat, so no longer gripped - and the ball joint had seized and welded to itself.This is because it's now winter, and I have to have the hot air blasting, and it's melted the plastic, which has then cooled down and set in a position that no longer applies pressure to the vent.

My Samsung S8 flew across the car when I went around the first corner. The side bits are too low and the springs too weak to hold a phone. A little disappointing. I would return it if it was any more expensive.

Be amazed as you turn a sharp corner to see your phone flying out of the holder and across your car. My phone is an S9 plus and quite heavy with a case. I'm sorry but this cheaply constructed holder will not save your phone . Fair enough you can adjust the pins to the width of the phone but with a case these pins end up falling off as well. A few days with this rubbish and it's now binned.

It's a bit fiddly to setup and get to used to using. Once you do though it makes life easy by letting you lift the phone straight out and drop it in. You need to practice with the positioning. Being larger than most phone holders, it takes a little getting used to the fact that it is closer to you. Excellent design otherwise.

Ease of use, easy to install and holds my phone securely.The holder has a strong spring clip which attaches securely to your air vent in the car, it imply and cleverly fits around your phone holding it in place at a variety of angles. Holds large phones (I have a Pixel 3a XL) with ease!!Highly recommend

I bought this to go with my Audi A3. Unfortunately it didn't fit on the round swivel vents without falling off and swivelling downwards despite there being a picture of it in the instructions and saying it was compatible. That said, on my Vauxhall it works perfectly. I gave it 3 stars as it didn't actually work for the car I purchased it for and I gave it $ stars for sturdiness as I think that the whole lot will go flying in an emergency stop - certainly the phone.
