Received item fast and gave as a gift and the bday boy was beyond excited!!!! Loves this scent!!!

A very classy scent, one of my favorite reactions was, "you smell like a rich dessert after a 5 star meal"

This cologne is loaded with heavy chocolate, musk, tobacco, and leather notes. One of my favorite scents. Because of its heaviness, I typically only wear it during the colder months of Nov - March. In my opinion this scent is far too dark and heavy for warm weather. This stuff is strong and it lingers well into the evening. The 3.4oz bottle will last me years. Which is a good thing because, apparently, Mugler recently discontinued it. I searched at several Macy’s, Nordstrom’s and Sephora’s with no luck. It’s not even offered on Mugler’s website any longer. I was hesitant to buy off Amazon due to several reviews of some getting knock offs. Mine arrived complete with a legit product registration code and I successfully registered it online using the Mugler website. Very happy! I might even buy a backup bottle!

Does not perform like the original of course but comes close in a modern way.

Masculine and strong. Old school masculine to the utmost. Don't overspray this. Only wear in cooler weather. And only wear it when you want to be left alone. Or scare people. Or some combination of both.

First, I did not buy my bottle from Amazon but from another online retailer that had the gold flask edition. Same juice just a fancier bottle. This fragrance is unlike anything I have used before. I have generally disliked sweeter smelling frags in the past and admittedly did not like Angel when I first smelled it years ago. On a recent trip to the mall I sniffed it again and just got blown away. It's funny how my nose has developed a liking for different scents over time. I used to be into citrus and aquatics and now I gravitate more toward spicier and sweeter scents. Angel is just an intoxicating blend of spice, wood, and sweetness that exudes tons of sexiness. Will this be a fragrance that everyone can pull off? Definitely not. This is something you really need to appreciate in order to see just how good it really is. It's very bold for the first hour or two with the infamous tar note that give it some serious bite and then dries down to a very smooth chocolate and caramel with some patchouli and musk. The dry down last what seems to be forever. This is potent juice that stays with you a while. If you are planning on wearing a different scent later in the day then don't wear this. It will still be there in the evening and will even survive a shower to some extent. Yeah it's that strong. That's one of the things that Mugler does well is make frags that keep on going. It works best in colder weather but I don't see an issue with this being a spring or summer scent. Just back off on the trigger or you'll choke people out. If you really appreciate fragrances this is a must buy. It is really such a mesmerizing scent that you love even more every time you smell it. And it is well worth the price.

Thought this would be a good one and it's not. The scent doesn't last long so it's not a good value for the money.

Recharge parfaite

Gives you a blast of harsh piercing scent at the opening. Then it takes you slowly into a creamy sugary vanilla ride. Delicious creamy scent and lasts a long time. Great cold weather fragrance.
