Saves Money, half the price of a Neptune meter
Good solid meter, I used this with a The Log-Alert WiFi water metering system connects to any pulse water meter on the market and sends the data to our free online cloud system. The purchaser receives an easy to use web dashboard where the water meter data is shown via pulse and gallons over time graphs. The meter data can be downloaded to an excel format file via electable time frames. Adjustable alerts can be sent via email or text to the user(s) for flows that get out of range.

great communication
not being knowledgeable about water meters the communication with the seller was easy and informative. all of my questions were answered promptly thru multiple emails and was directed to the proper meter for our community water well as i was about to purchase the wrong type. i haven't installed it as of yet but it appears to be of as high quality as the old one that i am replacing that has been in use for more than 30 years. the price was much less than what the outfit that services our well. so far 5 stars.

The meter was shipped promptly and very well packaged. Unfortunately, we broke the plastic lense cover during installation. The seller came to our rescue and sent us one promptly. Thank you very much. This is the second 2-inch meter we have purchased from them and are very satisfied.

I’ve purchased this meter to be able to read my guest house’s water usage on my phone with the required gateway, but was surprised to learn that you have to pay a yearly “server maintenance” fee which was not disclosed anywhere. I have returned this item and got a partial refund. Beware!

Everything I needed
Received it and the little red cover was broken at the hinged part. This wasn't an absolute necessary part and I didn't have time to wait for another one so we went with it. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Would still recommend it.

Works great!
Used this for a new water line for irrigation on my acreage. Works great and was a fraction of the cost from a local supplier. They even called me when I ordered to make sure the units were the correct measurement. Definetly reccomend!
