Que pena, lo use todo y deseche el envase. **Q: How far into the future is the expiration date?** A: Dulce de Leche will go hard (sort of crystalize) before it spoils so all you need to do is stick it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it back up again. You do have to refrigerate it after it's been opened, but it has a very long shelf life. I've never seen mold or anything like it growing in it so I think you'll be OK for a year or so. Date your tub when you open it and pitch it in a year if it hasn't been all eaten. I love it on bananas and look up Choco-torata on YouTube.
