They’re exactly as advertised!
These 2x6 joist hangers are adequate for my 2x6x12 joist for a loft 6ft off the ground. 23 total 2x6’s. Install these correctly and they will hold very strongly. A good buy, and a large local retailer offers ordering these thin versions for .04 more each plus 2 weeks delivery. Amazon delivery was only a couple of days…. Someone said in comments they aren’t commercial grade. Not sure where anyone installs 2x6 joist in a commercial build? These are strong.

Simpson Brand - Easy To Find the Right One!
It seems like every local lumber yard either only carries a few sizes of these hangers or, if they carry more, they charge a lot for them. I got these right away for a better price right to my door! Simpson has always meant 'Quality' in my book. Used by pros and loved by inspectors.

Useful for my purpose ( fence bracing)
These units are about one third the cost of buying them in Lowes or Home Depot, but are about one half the gauge. I measured Lowes/HD ones at about 2 millimeters. These are about 1 millimeter. I am using them for bracing between fence posts, so I don't care about their load bearing capacity.

They are sturdy and built like any joist hangers. They have the notch I like to hammer down to hold steady and it works well enough.
