Nothing has stuck to this pan and it looks the same as new. Try the Mercury test: Heat the pan without any oil and drop some water off your fingers into the pan. If it sizzles away instantly, the pan is not hot enough. Keep doing it until the water forms a bead of water and rolls around in the pan like a ball of Mercury. This is the right temperature to start cooking. Wipe the pan with a small amount of olive oil with a paper towel so you have a thin coating, then add about a tablespoon of butter. When most of the butter foam disappears, add your egg and turn the heat down a notch. **Q: Where is this pan made? country of origen?** A: not sure, but it's a great pan **Q: For those of you who do not cook eggs in this pan, what do you primarily use it for?** A: Turkey or bison burgers, and eggs too.
