An upgrade that fulfills my needs.
I.ve been using a substandard neck support pillow that was purchased for me as a gift. On a recent long flight to Japan I learned how inadequate this gift was suited for a lengthy flight. Normally, If a flight is over 6 hours, my company will spring for business class accommodations. However, as this trip was for pleasure, I choose to fly coach for a reasonably priced fare.. I was planning on using my FF miles to get an upgrade. Unfortunately for me, with no upgrades were available. Another flyer in a neighboring seat had a deluxe looking travel pillow and after this trip I decided I needed to upgrade my travel neck support pillow. There is a plethora of choices and I made my choice based on the advertised features, reviews, and price relative to the competitors models. I haven't had the opportunity to use this on a flight but I have been wearing it while watching TV or console gaming. Features I enjoy: Nuck support, memory foam, draw strings instead of velcro, and the zippered storage case which BTW is different than the drawstring bag shown in the photo illustrations on Amazon. Minor detractors: The pillow can difficult to roll, compress, and hold with one hand while you try to fit it into the zippered storage case. a concern about the durability of the zipper to perform under the stress of the compressed pillow over time. TBD I'm satisfied with this purchase and look forward to .enjoying more comfortable travels on my longer flights and road trips when I don't have to drive.

Quality and comfort
I always saw people on the planes walking around with these around their necks, so I took the plunge and got one too. This one is so luxurious and functional because of the tie in the front some of them don’t have the tie in the front which gives no support at all. My neck was very comfortable I could rest my neck in any direction and feel supported. So this is the best if you get stuck in the middle seat and don’t have much space to lean. This neck support has the softest memory foam, but firm enough to support your neck. I love that I can roll it up and put it away so I don’t need to carry it around my neck.

Super comfy
While it is incredibly comfortable and great for traveling be sure to examine and make sure there are no creases in the fabric, the initial item I received had a large tear down the foam on the side which would obviously not work well for the long term for a frequent traveler but I ordered an additional pillow in black for my husband and he loves using it when sitting in the high back computer chair to give him extra neck support. It's not super firm and since it folds down and squishes for travel size it wont work for those who want something closer to a brick (you know who you are and I'm not calling you out, some people like hard pillows) but it does give great support and the eye mask is fairly comfortable. It's sized for someone with a bigger nose then mine but generally it fits, ear plugs are normal ones you can get from anywhere, I personally have no opinion on them.

Very comfortable!
Let me start by saying that the packaging is so cute and compact. I’ve never seen a travel pillow that wasn’t a blow up type that fit into something so compact which was a huge plus for me. I took this in the car for a drive down to Maryland. The drive is only about 3 1/2 hours but I do have neck pain after an accident. I slept 2 hours without any stiffness or neck pain. To compare, I purchased a pillow at the airport in June because I forgot my pillow at home. I paid about double what this costs (airport inflation) and it wasn’t nearly as comfortable. I woke up stiff. This pillow is compact, comes with ear plugs which you need most times when trying to rest whilst traveling and I couldn’t be more pleased. My son used it on the way back (I was driving and dad said he didn’t want to use) and he slept the entire ride without a wobbly head. Great product.

Great neck pillow
I love this neck pillow. I got it because I had surgery on my stomach and had to sleep in my recliner. I just wanted a little pillow to support my neck, and this one is super comfortable. There is supposed to be a way to roll it up and tuck it into its side pocket, but I haven't really had the need to try that. I use the side pocket to put my phone, so I can easily listen to whatever I'm playing for sleep. The cover comes off to wash, and it's fairly easy to put back on. It does hold heat a little more than I thought it would, but I have never woken up because it was too hot. Overall, this pillow has made my recovery more comfortable and I'm really glad I got it.

Overall - meh...
I bought this pillow specifically for my red-eye FL-WA trip, but it went south the moment I took it out of the little bag during the flight. "Wanna sleep? Haha, not today, sis", - told me this gigantic pillow. This pillow made me feel so claustrophobic it was unexpectedly too big for me, and I was almost drowning even though I tightened the size adjuster. I wouldn't say that I am a petite person, for the reference my height is 5'7 and weight is ~150 lbs. However, the size of this pillow isn't that bad comparing to the fact that's it's WAY TOO SOFT. Maybe that's why I was feeling that I am drowning because there was absolutely no support, and I slept much more comfortable with this pillow in its bag rather than on my neck which started to hurt after 20 minutes of flight. I know that sleeping on the plane can't be very comfortable to begin with, but buying stuff that's been engineered specifically for traveling must help or at least not make it worse! I wouldn't recommend buying this product for people who... I wouldn't recommend this for people. That's it.

Best travel pillow for price!
Great little travel pillow that rolls up into its own case, making it even easier to take around while traveling! Super comfy memory foam and it's also great that it comes with its own sleeping mask and cute little ear plug case. I've always found travel pillows to be basically the same (despite varying prices), but this one is different because its sides are raised the perfect amount to rest your face on whilst adding good neck support. It also makes me feel less self-conscious about sleeping in public since my face can't be seen! Won't find a better price! Very happy with this purchase. Will make my upcoming flight to England bearable!

It Fits in the Bag - Really!
When I saw the pillow had come in a zippered bag, my first thought was "It will never fit back in the bag." But it did! I took it out, tried it out, and was able to roll it and squish it back in the bag with only a little effort. The fabric is very soft, and I like the memory foam. I don't fly, but this will be handy for road trips. The eye mask...not so great. Maybe after more wears, the piece of the nose won't be so stiff, but as it is, you can see light coming in from around the nose piece. Plus the velcro at the back of the mask keeps grabbing hair. And the two cups that sit over your eyes are shallow, so they press kind of uncomfortably over your eyes. The ear plugs are pretty much standard ear plugs. TL;DR The pillow is nice, the ear plugs are mediocre, and the sleep mask sucks. But not a bad buy over all.
