Is this seller an authorized Alpine Dealer?

this is a good question, and if ya find out, then please let us all know. I bought the cde148bt from them brand new and it would not except any cds. It just growls at ya. I just sent it back, and hoping to upgrade to the 149, but any more probs like this...and I will be done with them.....and maybe these high-end Alpines too.....

Does the artist/song information display during Sirius/XM mode? Is it scrolling or fixed (similar to text shown on the box photo in this ad)?

I can't speak for the satellite radio, but the text does have scrolling options. It can be fixed, scroll on command, or scroll automatically.

Is the face removable just like the old alpine radios for protection? If it is, does it come with the black case?

Yes it is removable and also comes with the black case, the only thing it doesn't include the remote control but is only $19 at Amazon

How is the Bluetooth noise cancelling when you speak on the phone?

I’ve had this for a few years now and have never had anyone complain about hearing me.
