I visited a truffle farm in France last year and they served us truffle butter on crackers. Too die for! I found this to be just as good. I eat it sparingly, treating myself to crackers and truffle butter as an after dinner aperitif.

Tasty, nice consistency. Loved it with scrambled eggs.

Delicious! I used this white winter truffle butter in a white sauce with cremini mushrooms over fettucini. It was amazing! I saw an episode with The Barefoot Contessa who used this. I ordered it right away. It arrived quickly. Next time I'll order two of them at a time. Keep one in the freezer till inspiration hits and use the other. Very good flavor!

So delicious. I ordered this so I could make Ina's truffle butter tagliarelle and it was amazing (not too pungent) even my 3 year old loved it. Luckily it was well insulated and packaged with dry ice, the delivery guy didn't ring the door bell so it sat on my front door step in the California sun for a couple hours but it was still cool when I opened it. Just an FYI I saw this exact brand at whole foods for a couple bucks cheaper.

This product is fabulous. Although shipping is expensive, the product did come the next day, and was still cold. I use truffle butter in anything that I'd normally put butter in that I want a little extra flavor or to make something ordinary taste extra fancy. I find this truffle butter to have the exact taste of truffles I'm looking for without breaking the bank buying fresh truffles.
