I don't use squeegee vac attachments often, but as a building contractor, every few years I find myself prepping a concrete slab for clear finishing or painting. I've always used the plastic shop vac squeegees, which work okay. But now I realize that a tool like this one is so much more effective that it's worth the investment. It's a little bit of work to get the angle right on the head so it forms a tight seal with the floor. However, it pulls the water up more thoroughly than any other attachment I've used. It also feels like it will last me forever, unlike the shop vac style squeegee.
