Good quality steel in a knife for not a lot of money
Bought one of these for trimming meats for BBQ. The steel is good quality and it has a very nice feel in the hand. The knife was sharp out of the package, but a few minutes on my diamond sharpening plates and it's now "scary sharp" as they say. Seems to be a great product for a very reasonable price. Just take care of it and it should last a very very long time (and stay "scary sharp" with proper care).

Excellent knife for the price, just needs to be sharpened…
Would leave five stars except the knife came pretty dull out of the packaging. Not a huge deal. I just had to run it on the sharpe maker for a few minutes to get a nice edge back on it after that cut like a dream. Definitely a good knife for a great price.

$12 dollar for this knife is a little bit expensive
I use it to remove animal fat from the meat. You cannot invest in this knife if you don't have a sharpener. I will sharpen it after each time I use it.

It’s going back!
I barely used it! I deboned four chicken thighs, washed it and went to slice a tomato and it wouldn’t go through the skin! It makes no sense at all but having to sharpen after every use is unacceptable. Back it goes.

Great knives
I break and bone beef for a living, great knife for boning chucks! You can’t beat the price! Easy to keep an edge on and sharpen.
