Me as a 37 year production and manager in the meat department this is a very good quality knife. I like to handle having a slight texture to it. I prefer it to knives that have the soft rubber feel much easier than maintaining sanitation almost exactly like knives that we use at work Very sharp correct point edge to handle which is very important when you’re either cutting steaks or breaking beef commodities or if you’re working wild games such as deer or elk also I do you like the German grade steel I have paid more for Swiss made in the past I won’t mention the brand quality is every bit is good for half the price is it a guy who uses these for a living I highly recommend A+!

For the price it is a great product

We use this as a knife to cut up our deer. We usually have to re-sharpen it once while cutting up a deer. It is very sharp though and does a wonderful job for the price of it.

Knife is what I expected for the price point..be ready to sharpen on a good stone after the first couple of uses

Great to hone out venison

This item is a little on the flimsy side but it is sharp and I use it for a number of things around the house, including cutting up meat for meals. I would buy it again due to the price.

Ive had this knife for a while now, and its quickly become my favorite in my arsenal. De-boning, Slicing et all.Quality knife, and awesome price. Highly recommend.
