I have had it just over a month and the white gold is already comming off as seen in photos. The chain has also caused a rash on my neck as photo. Please advise how the lifetime guarantee works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Product. *by B***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 July 2019* I personally love chains- not every chain though! When I opened the box that contained this chain, I knew I had won jackpot. Well, this chain's look is just Phenomenal. Can't complain in anyway. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/115682193-14ct-white-gold-cuban-link-chain-necklace-for-men-women](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/115682193-14ct-white-gold-cuban-link-chain-necklace-for-men-women) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
