This bucket has a rounded bottom and doesn't do well on a countertop, but as a hanging planter I love it. I drilled a few holes in the bottom so water can drip from the bucket onto another plant below. The plant is from California Tropicals and the chain is from RCH Hardware, both of which are Amazon sellers. The bucket also has a handle and with the use of a twisted s-hook (like The Hookery FSH8 8 inch S Hook - 90 Degree, sold on Amazon) it can be hung with the handle properly presented as parallel to the wall/window.

I Iike this bucket a lot. Good size. Many possible uses. I will use it for displaying part of my seashell collection, or give it as a gift.

This bucket is as advertised and looks really nice! Glad I bought it.
