Total sugars= <1g! Wow! And...8g of Fiber is amazing. Now, that is a wonderful ratio and keto healthy. Out of 10g of fat...only 1.5 is Saturated. OF course, no Trans Fat is present. Sheesh...I hope not. Protein comes in at a respectable 11g per bar. Very nice. And, almonds are the first ingredient! These bars have 5-star reviews on their website. I gave an overall rating of 4, as I like the taste...but they aren't my #1 bar. I also knock the value for money down to 3-stars.
