Chiloskit Porcelain Ceramic 7 Well Daisy Shaped Watercolour Paint Mixing Palette for Water, Oil or Acrylic colour

I'm new to watercolor, and I find this little dish just the right size. The first one I ordered arrived broken. I returned it for a replacement, now I'm very happy. Cleans up easily. Sections are large enough to mix some paints in them. White color lets the paint show up as its true color.

It was my own fault for not reading the description properly but this Palette is so small it is useless. Make sure you understand that it is only 3 inches across. Definitely not enough space to properly mix watercolor!

This product was not completely sealed, there were gaps in the seal. The bottom was very rough and I had to sand it off plus it was not sealed at all. I sealed it. Overall the product quality was lacking.

Very small but cute! Pay attention to the size because I didn’t and it is tiny. My fault for assuming it was a “normal size” mixing pallet.

Not sure what the deal is, but when using this my mix evaporated immediately — within 10-20 seconds 😐. Like the water AND color just disappeared, even using a lot of water… never had that happen before using a metal or plastic mixing palette. I had to keep making a new mix for every small flower stem I was trying to paint. And I tried two different kinds of paints, handmade and schmincke, with the same results. Not sure what is causing this… maybe it isn’t glazed/sealed correctly? Also even though I knew what size it was before ordering, and I wanted something small, the 3” size isn’t big enough to accurately see the gradient quality/consistency of the mix or wash you’re creating since there’s not enough room for the paint to lay flat — everything just pools in the well (see the product image and how the smallest size is a different design than the others). I’m going to try a bigger size or a flat tray instead.

I think it's smaller than what's advertised. Other than that....its ok....especially for beginners.

Too small to be really useful. Was trying to replace a similar palette that broke. Not recommend.

I should have paid more attention to the dimensions as this is too tiny to be of good use with mixing colours.

The product arrived intact, however, I should have paid more attention to the description of the size. Way too small for my needs, and certainly overpriced. If it had been bigger, it would have received 5 stars!
