Pure Encapsulations Calcium-D-Glucarate, 60 Capsules

I just got this brand so I'll update when I am a few weeks out. I wanted to make sure that anyone that read these reviews understands 2 lies that are within. Soy is a phytoestrogen. IT DOES NOT INCREASE BIOESTROGEN IN MEN OR WOMEN. It's actually recommended for hormone positive breast cancer survivors. And the second one is this is NOT A CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT. Calcium D Glucurate is not calcium. This is a detox supplement for people that need excess hormones regularly moved out of their body. If you don't poop regularly or have excess hormones, they store in your fat and you continue to build more hormones. Again eating soy DOES NOT INCREASE ESTROGEN and this supplement DOES NOT BOOST YOUR CALCIUM. Thanks.

Good quality and does the job

Do you have the cracked, peeling skin at your ankles that won't go away with lotion? That's a symptom of hormonal imbalance. If I wanted those cracks to go away, I had to do a 10-day hormonal detox cleanse. Nothing but certain types of protein, vegetables and fruits for 10 days. For me, it was brutal. If I take Calcium D Glucarate for three days (two pills a day), the cracks on my ankles are gone. Also, my skin cleared up. My neighbor asked me if I had started wearing foundation. I wasn't. Many people take these pills to treat estrogen dominance, fibroids, and fibro cysts. There are cheaper versions of this out there, but the dosage is much smaller, so the results will take longer. This brand is pretty potent stuff. (Please note: some brands of supplements include pepper extract in their ingredients in order to increase the potency. but pepper extract is a stimulant, so it can mess up your sleep.) This product has no pepper added to it. P.S. If you are taking the supplement for any of the conditions I previously mentioned, you also need to cut back on consuming soy. Soy acts like substitute estrogen in the body, so if you have estrogen dominance, it will make it worse and it will limit the effectiveness of this product.

Excellent supplement from a trusted brand. High quality ingredients and easy to swallow capsules. Very happy with the product.

My daughter doesn't like the after-taste so we switched brands, but it seemed to work well on her acne.

Expensive but worth every single penny. If you are estrogen dominant and want to detox efficiently, this is the real deal.

I have salicylate intolerance and this helps me if I start to feel a reaction coming on. I don't take it every day, just when I feel like I need it.
