I purchased one these over 11 years ago for my new home and it is still going strong. Although the strands don't stand up like it was new, they still soak up what my pups bring in. I had purchased a different brand when I was in a store for another entry door and it moved all over, so I was real tired of constantly putting it back in place. This one does not move around. I love how cute it is too. It is so soft and thick. If I ever need another one, this is what I will buy.

These were recommended to me by several friends and I was hesitant to order. I wanted runners which were about $80 each and I needed two. From all the rain I was having, so much dirt was being tracked in by my 2 dogs. When I swept (sometimes twice daily because I like to go barefoot in the house) I often thought I should put the dirt back outside! My thoughts? FABULOUS! Seriously, still raining almost daily and when I sweep, very minimal dirt! Dirty Dog Mats are worth every penny!

I’ve had these rugs thru 2 dogs and love them. They trap dirt, leaves and mud. However if your dog is a chewer like my new dog don’t put down until he’s over the chewing stage.

The rug is soft and size is perfect for the doorway and lays flat against the door frame. It is thick and catches the dirt well and the color is a good match for my home. Its a nice rug and so glad I purchased.

Bought this, hesitantly. We adopted a rescue Staffordshire Mountain Cur mix, having no idea about the soft downy little undercoat that flitters away underneath the short top coat. We also didn't consider the size of his paws and ALLLLLLLLL the dirt and debris that those big paws collect and track into the house. Every day - EVERY SINGLE DAY - I had to wake up and sweep and mop first thing and several times throughout the day just to be able to walk on my floors barefoot and also to breathe, as I am an animal loving asthmatic. It was tedious, frustrating and overwhelming to have to sweep the entirety of the areas where re my dogs (plural) would traverse. After reading the reviews, I purchased two of these mats- one for outside the back door, and one for inside, and let me tell you, it has been a TOTAL game changer. Now, let's be realistic- no rug is going to catch every single piece of dust and fur that falls off your fur baby... However, this comes pretty close! Literally it has cut my workload by more than half, and my feet, floor and lungs have seen a HUGE difference!! I now only have to sweep once a day as opposed to several times throughout the day, and there is considerably less dirt and hair- I couldn't believe it This doggie mat really delivers and makes having a hairy family member much less frustrating and a lot less work! Dust and dirt wise, enormous difference. I no longer feel like a crappy housekeeper and dog owner and I no longer grumble to my secret self about all the extra dirt and fur that clogs my lungs and makes breathing a chore. I basically live life as a regular pet owner and do the regular cleaning expected for people that own pets. HOORAY!!! Now I can enjoy my pets (I have 3 dogs and 2 cats!) and my pets can enjoy playing outdoors, and I can stop dreading the mess that they bring when coming in from outside! I especially love that these are reasonably priced! Overall, a fantastic product that does exactly what it claims to do!

I first bought one of these rugs just over 2 years ago. In the winter our yard gets particularly muddy when it rains and I decided I wanted another one to increase the coverage. I really have been impressed with these rugs. They are thick, durable and absorbent. They’re also soft to stand on, a nice spot for bare feet. One of our dogs likes to sleep on them. Are they a miracle working rug? No, you still have mud or water come in, but they help a lot! They’re also easy to clean. I have washed mine countless times and I dry it in the dryer, but I will say I noticed in the packaging for the new rug that you are supposed to hang it to dry. In my picture, the dog is standing on the old rug and the new one is behind her. That old rug is still in great shape. There is some slight fading but the fibers and backing are fine. As for the non-slip backing, it works pretty well: if you’re standing above it and try to move it with your foot it doesn’t move much, but my dogs come in the house like rodeo horses out of the gate and they definitely can move the rugs. Overall, I recommend. I also recommend not having 4 dogs.

Great dog rugs, I have 4, at bottom of stairs to concrete floor, and 2 entry doors, large rug size in middle of kitchen (tile floor) the rugs don't slip, and the senior dogs like to stand on them versus the tile of course. The rugs get a workout: 1 rescue senior Aussie/Heeler mix 13yrs, 1 rescue senior American Bull dog 8yrs, 1 rescue Pitt Bull 5yrs,

Was purchased for my front door for when my dog comes in from outside. Works great! Absorbs all the moisture and doesn’t smell like wet dog either!

With 3 dogs, I would not be without one of these fabulous doggy mats. My big girls know to sit on it the moment they come in the door from a wet day and drip, and dry their paws. Total value for money 200%! Tip: When washing, give it a good shake first, wash on bulk setting, fast spin, and in the dryer? AIR DRY!!!!! My previous one still looked like new topside, but the rubber backing eventually peeled of eventually after 2+ years in hunks in the dryer. Oh what a mess. (It now serves - rolled up - as a draft excluder in the basement). Lesson learned!
