This whole item was a disaster from the beginning. My own fault I didn’t check pieces before starting to assemble. Broken pieces, not from transport, they were very obviously broken when packaging. Instructions are extremely poor. Quality is nonexistent. The only consistentency is the total junk aspect of the piece. I will NEVER order from this distributor again. ### ⭐ Broken Pieces / pre-drilled holes not aligned *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2020* It is a fantastic looking dresser... HOWEVER, there were broken pieces as soon as I opened the box. We hired a professional assembler through Amazon who attempted to put it all together... the pre-drilled holes for the drawer rails weren't aligned making the drawers themselves unaligned. Many problems with the actual product. BUT I DO HAVE TO SAY: Maybe the one we received was faulty... AND I HAVE TO SAY: The Seller is excellent at working with us, gave us a full refund. I still love the dresser design and wish it had worked out. Hopefully, if you order this, yours won't arrive with broken boards and handles. Purchased June 2019 for $250. Upon arrival it was damaged. I called right away and they did send replacement parts for free- took about two weeks before I could put this together. I put it together carefully, by hand (no power tools) and the unit was unstable from the beginning. This was used mostly by my GF who has been gentle on it, but with use over the short time we’ve had it it has become increasingly more unstable and is now just unusable. The handles are flimsy, the drawers are hard to open or close and the side cabinet doesn’t line up properly. Finally gave up on it and I’m tossing it.
