I was skeptical about how I was going to tell when it was soaking in since it’s a granite top, but as I applied, I can tell when I didn’t need to apply anymore, and the counter was absorbing it. I’ve use this twice just to make sure I’m on the part and this seems to work great I highly recommend for the price and the quality of the product. My countertops look shiny and revitalized again. Since the marble was new, I didn't see much difference in appearance but, I could definitely feel the difference after applying this sealer. Don't expect shiny results after using this product. If your granite (or other stone) is dull, chipped or very porous, you may need to have it honed and buff-polished first. The Sealer was very easy to use....almost fun! The results were perfect! I would highly recommend it. I also use the Black Diamond cleaner almost everyday, Love that too! **Q: How long the sealant stays on granite? Do we have to apply regularly? If so on what basis?** A: It only lasts a few months. But if you follow up the initial sealing by using the cleaner with sealer, you can go 6 months or more without re-sealing. **Q: is this for concrete** A: say it will work for concrete **Q: Is this product good to use?** A: We used on shower grout that we suspect is leaking. This product was easy to use but left streaks. I couldn’t tell if it soaked in or not. I went behind it with a wet cloth and a dry cloth and the streaks went away.
