Where is this hatchet manufactured?

USA, love it , very sharp right out of box. Does everything I want it to do . One down side, it's not heavy, if you plan to cut up any limbs more then 3 inchs

Is this Actually full tang?

Yes. It is one single forged piece with a rubberized grip over the metal handle. It's very solid and has good heft for small chopping jobs.
