Passionflower, this brand, always works well for me for anxiety and overthinking. It’s been my go to for over 35 years. I tend to be very sensitive to supplement and meds in general but have never had an issue with this brand.

This specific brand was recommended to me after my housemate's sudden death. It helped me a lot then, and I still take 1-2 per day if needed. It is powerful. A note that when I took it for a few weeks while I was unemployed, I was getting too apathetic about my situation. I sharply reduced the dose so that my anxiety could be present enough to be helpful. I didn't experience a withdrawal. Now, I'm more careful about taking too much for me.

Had hoped these would be similar to the drops. but have to take quite a few to get the same dosage so only giving 4 stars.

This really is a good anxiety med alternative. Even if placebo affect, there's no side effects! ☺️

I’m a woman in her mid 30s who has been struggling with PTSD related anxiety for years. This year it became severe and I became nearly home bound with anxiety and panic symptoms. After 9 months of suffering through each day, trying everything to help, adding passionflower to my regimen seemed to be exactly what my brain and body needed. It’s not a silver bullet. But combined with lots of lifestyle change, good sleep, diet, therapy, and mindfulness, I have seen massive improvement since starting to take passionflower regularly about two weeks ago. It takes the edge off of the anxiety— allowing me to move through it rather than fight it. I told my partner it’s like anxiety-lite vs the hell I have been through. I’m able to think clearly, to be more engaged with my family, and to laugh again. This brand is great quality, and I will continue to take it until I’ve made a full recovery— which I have hope for the first time is possible. If you are out there struggling with anxiety and have tried everything, try this. I actually find it as good as a low dose benzo, without directly forcing change in the GABA receptors and therefore not causing the severe half life withdrawal cycle. I take 200 mg three times a day and aside from mild headaches occasionally, I’ve had no side effects.

I was a bit Leary of bothering to try this as a sleep aid, as I hadn't had much luck with melatonin or other supplements that were supposed to aid in sleep. But I've been wonderfully surprised and happy with the results. It takes about an hour to work, at least for me, but I've been getting at least 7 good hours of deep sleep since within 2-3 days of starting this supplement. It's made a world of difference for me!
