I was out of town when my power adapter for my Innogen 5 stopped working. I called the manufacturer and was told it would take a few days to ship and the product price was much higher. With this product and Amazon Prime, within 3 hours I was back in business. It’s still working flawlessly to this day.

This has been a reliable back up charger for my mom's insurance supplied Inogen G3 (purchased 9/2024 @ 6 months ago). Great value for the price. I've asked care staff to only use it when she needs a charge outside her apartment (like in dining room), as a back up, but they have switched it with the original often and it seems to work fine to charge her G3 regularly. In mid-Dec. 2024, the original G3 charger stopped working and had to be replaced. It was a life-saver to have this on hand to use until it arrived. The end of Feb 2025, the G3 stopped working except for while plugged in (it would turn off as soon as you unplugged it). I had to have it replaced with another refurbished model. 10 days later, the latest Inogen charging cord also shorted out (no green light), but meanwhile, this Amazon charger has still worked as a backup to consistently charge her Inogen G3 while waiting for our oxygen company to bring a replacement. Possibly, the power strip shorted out the original charger but it didn't short out this one? My only issue is, when calling Inogen, they say the G3 has a max Watt input of 50W, and the G4, G5 all have different watt inputs and different power supply cords while this charging cord goes up to 120W. However, the seller confirms it only gives the wattage the device needs. I hope it won't damage it in the long term. The 3 batteries from my old unit still work in the newer unit. I recommend plugging it directly into an outlet or using a dedicated surge protector, rather than on a strip with many other items plugged in. Regardless, this charger continues to work, when the Inogen charger likely shorted out on a surge protector strip with many items. It's possible that the little green light on the original charger protects the Inogen G3 from getting too much power? I can't know for sure. But Inogen's G3 power cords cost $178 and the ones on Amazon that look the same each have a few reviews of sparks or damage to a unit. This brand is likely your safest low-cost solution.

I've been using this power source for well over a year, and it hasn't failed me yet. I needed two chargers - one for home and one for work - and this was an excellent, cost-effective addition. I've been using with a G5 with no problems.

This power supply replaced an old one with a broken cable. I also found that the input plug for the power had a loose connection. I had to re-solder it. The device is working with a power cable and charges the battery again.
