50 Year Shelf Life: Just in Case the Apocalypse is Delayed
Against all odds, obstacles, and an exorbitant price tag, I managed to snag a single 24-pack of these 'Premium Emergency Drinking Water' cans. Of course, like most of my Amazon purchases, this was likely a one-time fluke, because when I tried to reorder, shipping was no longer available to my location.I must admit, I'm intrigued by this product, especially the promised 50-year shelf life. I just wonder, Why is such an essential and high-quality product not accessible to everyone and at an affordable price?I dream of acquiring an entire pallet of this stuff – it would solve all my emergency water supply concerns for life. This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. Highly Recommend
A must have for emergency needs. The 50yr shelf life is a great plus. Water doesn't go flat but being in an air sealed metal can to keep it "fresh" is a great benefit. Great to have this on hand for any just in case emergency needs.

Good all around, reason enough to have a case.
You might ask yourself who the heck would spend 30 dollars on 24 cans of water. Well, pretty much anyone that goes and buys a water to drink from a store. If someone went to 7-11 or someplace similar and bough a 1.25 water every day 24 days later you would have this case. Why is that important - you need to put it into perspective.I decided I wanted to give these a shot and see what the fuss was all about. I mean dropping that much money on water must be insane right. Nope, you are wrong. This is actually something that is very smart. First of all they are canned. This will keep the water safe from outside influences. The inner can is specially designed for this water and it has a 25 year shelf life. The reason to get this water would be for emergencies and whatnot. Yes, you can use cases of plastic bottled water as well but I have these for a very specific reason. They are good forever and I personally dont know the long term effects of plastic on the taste and quality of the water inside of the bottles when stored in heat. These do not break down in higher temperatures and that alone is another bonus for me.I have tried one and believe it or not it tastes like water. Nothing special and nothing heavy either, just water. I have tried 50 year old canned water before. I have tried some of the stuff from the korean war. Made a bet with someone to try it and it tasted like water with a minor metal taste. We were worried about starting the zombie outbreak but it didnt happen. All in all having one case of this with your other supplies isnt a bad Ideal. I have 55 gallon drums of stabilized water. Lots of gallons of distilled water. Cases of bottled water and one of these cases.

It's good, but...
The product is nice and I really love how they're expiration date is 50 years into the future because it's just plain pure water in these cans. I also really like how these cans are said to be good even if you store them in heated conditions, which is great because Texas can get around 110°F in the summer! However, I wish they would add some type of bubble wrapping in their boxes, so that the cans, when they move around, don't hit each other to make damage. Everything is fine besides that and even the box holds up fine, but for about $55/box, I wish I could get the product not damaged. Thank God none of them busted open during shipment!
