good product for my honda ridgeline
Very happy so far in my purchase of these speakers. Needed new tweeters in my 2013 ridgeline OEM upgrade. I was taking a risk buying these but they fit right in and add that top level i was missing from OEM tweeters. Would buy again.

Impressive for the price and size
Update below.... Holy crap these things are loud in my car. I did have to turn the high's waaaaay down like others have stated. Although these have a built in crossover, I still placed them behind my existing one. According to the insert, "high power" systems [60 to 100 watt (rms)] you need to add a 15Ω /20W resistor (I have not done this yet - I'm running about 200W rms) so I'd infer that this would reduce the overall volume and crispness of these. Once you adjust your setup for these, they round out the overall sound nicely. You can hear the crash of symbols crisply, drum brushes become far more noticeable. I am not crazy about how voices from radio hosts sound with these though. Definitely not for a "competition" setup either. They include most of what you'd need for a typical install, new or replacement. But of course, they were too small for my application. I got lucky and they fit inside the sheath of my older tweeters I was replacing, so a little hot glue went a long way! For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Hopefully they last a couple years before they need replacing themselves - if so, this is an incredible value. UPDATE: While I couldn't locate the recommended resistor anywhere, I was able to find 10W/30Ohm resistors here on Amazon. Put 2 in parallel and you'll get the required spec. Now these things sound MUCH better - way less piercing and less tinny. The resistors are a must have if you're over that 50 Watt mark for sure. Pics added. Pretty impressive
I had a tweeter go out on my Alpine component setup and didn't really want to spend a fortune on new tweeters so after reading the reviews on these I decided to give them a try. First off, I do have them hooked up to the Alpine crossover and do have about 100 watts going to them. They are very bright and loud compared to the Alpines. I turned down the treble via the EQ and adjusted the fader and they were still a bit too loud. I ended up covering up about 1/3 of the speaker with electrical tape (I have these mounted behind a grill so you can't see them) and it is now just right. The only thing they need to improve on is that there is a noticeable hiss from them. At first I didn't know if I could live with it but after covering up part of the speaker and adjusting everything else I hardly notice it now. I honestly think these put out better sound than the Alpine tweeters did. Well worth the money. Hopefully they hold up.

Product great!, shipping not so much!!
I give the tweeters a 5 star, sounds good in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler (if you have one you know how the sound system sucks), my head unit is 50 watts per, I did have to turn treble down to 0 flat, sometimes 1 (depends on song) as others have, I also have a Kicker 8 inch hideaway sub (150 watts), and sony 6.5 in sound bar, 4x6 in front. All these together gives me a good balance of sound that I like (with top and doors on). The shipping however took forever bought these 3/29 with prime, said 2 days, then it changed after order, finally received on 4/8 so for Amazon I give 1 star, don't tell me prime then change after order is placed. For other Jeep Tj owners I mounted on top of dash driver/pass vent, with the 2 sided tape supplied, not ready to drill a hole quite yet!!!

Can't be beat
Ok, so these are NOT audiophile competition winning tweeters, but for $9.99 the will wake your system right up. The OEM dashboard tweeters in my 2014 Mazda 6 died luckily in the speaker cover there is a spot that fits these perfectly. I just wired them up to the existing tweeter's wire, mounted them in place, added a little crazy glue for good measure and my system has highs again. Actually A LOT of highs where I had to turn the treble down 2 notches. Hey, I'd rather have more than less. Problem solved. Spent $15 total and an hour of my time. Could I have gotten "cleaner" sounding tweeters. Yes. But, they would have also cost me 10X as much and I wasn't willing to spend that right now. These are more than fine for what I paid and I honestly feel my system is overall louder sounding now.

Tweeters sound good
These fit snug in the existing location for my door tweeters in my 2014 ford fiesta se. Didn’t use any of the hardware or moldings it came with. Sound way better than the factory ones I had originally. Worth the little bit of money for an amazing upgraded sound. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again!!

Good value, slight distortion at high volume
Like some other people mentioned they really rounded out the sound of my system. I can hear vocals clearly on the highway with the windows down at 80 now. I'm running them off a cheap Chinese double din head unit. pushes maybe 30-40 watts. They're accompanied by a Sound Storm 400w amp (good sound but it whines a little) powering Infinity Ref mids in the door, Alpine S in the rear deck. and an Infinity Ref 12" shallow mount sub w/ Power Acoustik 1500w (great amp). It's surprising these little tweeters from 2004 can keep up. They do distort a little at high volumes, especially if you don't have the EQ right. I'll probably end up throwing these in the rear C pillar trim and switching out for something a little more clear, for $10 though you can't complain at all. Would buy again to put in a cheap winter beater.

Better than expected - perfect fit for 2013 Jeep Wrangler
These tweeters produce great highs. What made them even better is they fit the existing tweeter mount on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. All you have to do is pop out the tweeter cover and cut the speaker wire as close to the connector as possible. There is plenty of wire left to allow you to solder the new tweeters in place. Or, you can connect using other methods. The tweeters fit perfectly within the tweeter cover. All you need to do is put some tape in a few places to make sure they do not move around. The tape worked just fine. Very impressed. However, they can be a bit loud for some. I loved the volume level.
