They corrected my damage cup, but
Ordered this glass for friends 50th birthday it arrived and the decal was at an angle. They did replace it with a perfect one, but I had to return the diagonal one. I felt like the inconvenience of having to wait for the present and delayed in giving the present would’ve warrant not having to return the defective one. What are they going to do with a defective one? Send it to somebody else?

I needed a last minute gift for my best friends 40th. This looked nice to I too a chance. They are scotch drinker Soni was pleased when it showed up and was actually as solid quality glass. Has a nice weight to it and feels sturdy. The etching looks great. I would order from this company again.
