Vibrant Watercolor Techniques - Painting Glass

It's OK if you are a professional artist. While Ms. Warren is a fabulous artist the only painters who will be able to complete the work on this DVD are professionals. WAY too complicated and WAY too detailed for even an intermediate painter. You also have to be an expert at drawing just to get the initial picture on paper. Recommended only for very advanced professional artists.

Soon Y Warren is one of my favorite watercolor artists. Her paintings are very detailed and realistic. I wanted to learn how to paint crystal glass. I saw her award winning painting of cherries in a crystal bowl at the Transparent Watercolor Society of America and it was amazing. In her DVD, her instructions are easy to follow and thorough.

I purchased this DVD but I was in the process of putting all my household in storage because I was going to be moving many states away. I never opened the DVD when I first got it. So when I finally took everything out of storage I put the DVD into the player and the screen displayed "Playback not available on this disc." I never got to view this disc. I tried to return it but it was beyond the return date. This disc was DEFECTIVE and now I'm out my purchase price and Amazon won't give me a replacement. Something to think about when ordering from Amazon.

THIS WAS A MIND OPENING JOURNEY INTO ANOTHER WORLD OF WATERCOLOR THAT GAVE ME THE COURAGE TO GO ON WITH WHAT I DO. ALSO MANY WAYS TO REFINE MY TECHNIQUE WHICH NEEDED HELP. I PLAYED THE DVD FOR A FRIEND AND SHE PURCHASED IT AS WELL. CANNOT RECOMEND HER DVD'S ENOUGH. GET EXCITED ABOUT WATERCOLOR AGAIN !

Soon Y Warren is an amazing artist. Her instructions are easy to follow and concise. Never realized that I could paint glass and have it look so realistic. Thanks to Soon Y - I did!

This lady can watercolor like no other artist....she is so very talented and the book encouraged me to order her dvds as well. For anyone wanting to reach incredible accomplishment in watercolor....this is your artist to study.

I gave this watercolor painting technique CD to my friend as a gift and she really loves it. The author is credible talented.

This is a beautiful book filled with details. The author describes how to achieve this almost photo perfect type of watercolor painting.

Extremely poor value. Only 4 limited subjects to paint. For the price I expected something more substantial and of value. Disappointed and will be returning to sender.

youtubeでも動画でクリスタルガラスの表現方法はありますがやはりDVDはいいですね。ところで送料なしの￥366円でした。買った日はちょうど7日前 、一週間前の買い物です。現在、それが在庫切れ？で 5,681とかそうとう高く業者が出していますがそこまで高価ではないので、ほしい方はときどき価格をチェックしておかれるとよいでしょう。
