I love the way they crackle and the Wood Smoke fragrance is absolutely beautiful, perfect for cosy Autumn nights. In my opinion they smell way better and stronger than Yankees. Came very well packaged. Looking forward to buying my Christmas fragrances.

Recent ones have arrived in a box which is shaped to the candle jar so in most instances it should arrive safe. I have never had one that arrived damage and purchased a fair few.Anyways, these candle are really nice. The Jar itself is really thick and looks great. It has quiet a wide opening and this is to allow the crackling wick in the middle to be longer which in turn allows a lot of wax to burn at once. Now the wick itself has a lovely cracking sound. I have added a video to hopefully show this (bearing in mind rest of room is silent). It adds a really nice background ambient noise.The smell itself is another amazing element. As mentioned above, the wick is quite large and this allows a lot of wax to burn at once. As a result I find the throw pretty substantial and room filling. You may get attuned to the smell, but trust me, walk out the room then back in. Usually people always asking what I am burning throughout the home and when I mention just this single candle, usually cannot believe it. This particular trilogy one is nice in that its a mix of three fragrances as it burns down. The downside is the burn time is shorter then candles with similar amount of wax and a single typical wick. Your trading burning more wax quickly for a larger throw effectively.The final element is the lid, it looks smart but also functions as a mat for the candle to rest on. You will find the jar gets warm to the touch and more so as the wick burns down, the base will also get hot, so this mat will be a good place to put the candle on rather then your furniture or what have you.In all everyone loves these. They make great gifts, great bits in the home on occasions and so on. Add in the fact they look the part and smell great, its nice to have going on occasions.

I've tried many different scented candles, but discovered these a while back and haven't bought another brand since! These candles are amazing, the scents are brilliant, I've tried a whole various ones but my fave will be the cafe treats triology. I've seen various negative reviews and pictures of uneven burning - and I wonder what happened there. I've had over 10 of these and have never encountered any problems. As long as you only burn it for a minimum of 3 hours each time you'll be fine. The top of the candle must always be fully melted before you extinguish it - I'm guessing this is where some have gone wrong!! I also rub the Wick down each time before lighting.The Crackling sound is very calming and brings a warming open fire feel to the room, and I always get asked questions about the candles as people love them. Perfection, and even better when deals pop up from time to time. It's a thumbs up from me

I prefer WoodWick candles to other brands as they always smell amazing and I love they crackle they make when lit. I haven't had the linen one before and wasn't disappointed, great lasting fragrance, you can even smell it when it's not lit if the lid is off. It has a good burn time and is useful that the lid doubles up as a heat resistant mat.

This is a nicely scented candle that comes with a special wick that creates the subtle sound effects of a crackling fire. The scent fills the room and definitely makes for a good impression as soon as you enter, but it is sufficiently strong that you can smell it whilst you remain in the room, unlike some where the scent attenuates over time.For the best burning experience, it is suggested that you burn the candle for 3-4 hours per use as that will help to even out the melt and produce the longest use possible without leaving half of the wax stuck up the sides of the jar. The wick should also be trimmed to 1/8 inch before each use: removing burnt pieces with fingertips is the suggested method.This is a good candle that I have gifted to myself and others and it makes a good impact.

This candle has a very nice small and lasts a long time. The crackling sound is a nice tough too. The only issue is that as it burns lower than ~3 cm, some of the wax remains stuck on the inside of the glass. Because the glass is see-through, it looks a little 'messy'. We have another candle from the same range (different scent) which leaves the glass very clean, so this must related to the actual wax used in this particular candle. Hence 4 stars only.

You know when you’re out walking in winter and people have their log burners going? That almost sweet, woody smell that’s relaxing and cosy? Not overpowering but warm and welcoming. Plus the crackle gives the feel of your own log fire too

Absolutely love these candles and this is very reasonably priced. Smells amazing and I really like the grey colour as well as it looks very stylish. Would definitely buy again
