Great Product
I purchased this at a recommendation from a support group I am a part of for folks like me, with Ulcerative Colitis. This was a product they recommended as one of a few things us UC'ers could do right away to help control our symptoms. It came from the SCD guys during their webinar one night. I've been taking in the hopes that it is helping my UC. I am not 100% but I am not as bad as usual, so, so far so good.

Great B Complexe
This is the best vitamin B complex I think you can buy. Tried it because it was prescribe to me by natural/holistic Doctor. I have continued to use them because they work so good for me.

too much folate
There is too much folate in this product. I was taking the vitamins for two months, but they were making me very anxious. Once I stopped, the anxiety went away.
