I had to rearrange because the strap meant for the meter is way too loose for the exact meter shown in the picture. When you try to zip the case it is too tight and the zipper keeps catching on the mesh pocket. The is absolutely no way anyone would fit a phone into this case as well. The center isn't big enough to close it with 3 pens or two pens and a lipstick. In addition, I wish the mesh pocket was also removable. All my diabetic devices and insulin pens fit real well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice, but best for larger meters *by E***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2019* I like this a lot, but the strap meant to hold the meter is a too loose to hold my mine securely. I’ll have to stitch it with a needle and thread to make it work. If you have a slim meter, it might not fit properly.That said, it’s otherwise perfect for my intended purpose: easily going through the TSA security checkpoint with everything that can’t be X-rayed in one single kit. I’ve packed it to make sure it works and it does: two vials of insulin, an insulin pen, my meter/strips/lancer, and a few small supplies I might also need before landing (syringe, extra lancet, note from my doctor, etc.). I’ll be able to hand this to TSA, asking for a visual inspection, and let the rest of my supplies be checked or X-rayed.It also happens to come inside a little linen bag that I plan on using for items that CAN be X-Rayed in my backpack.
