This is my 2nd one. The first one only took a dump because I ripped the hose trying to clean it...using dumb dumb brain. This is the best vacuum I've ever had. Works on pretty much every surface. You do need to be careful with rugs and just base which setting works the best for the type of the rug you have and either be quick or slow so the light doesn't go red. Anyway this has lasted for years. Love it.Long cord, lightweight, great suction and compact.

I am very happy with this Shark Rocket Ultra-Light Vacuum. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and does an excellent job picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors. The swivel steering makes it easy to clean around furniture and in tight spaces.One of the things I like most is how powerful it is for such a compact vacuum. It has strong suction and easily converts into a handheld unit, which is perfect for stairs, upholstery, and quick cleanups around the house.Assembly was simple, and the vacuum is easy to store because it doesn't take up much space. For the price, the performance is outstanding and compares very well to much more expensive models.If you're looking for a lightweight, reliable, and affordable vacuum that gets the job done, I highly recommend this one. It has made cleaning faster and much easier for my family.

I like Shark vacuums. This one is a little awkward as it doesn’t stand up on its own. You can detach the upper section to make it be portable—but it makes it top heavy when it’s connected. It’s very lightweight so I’m able to handle it okay. Would not be good for someone who has a disability. I decided to keep it mostly because I wanted to use it right away and didn’t want to wait to get a different one. It plugs into an outlet so there is no battery charging to worry about like other portable ones.

Easy to assemble, lightweight and great suction. Cord is long enough which helps when doing steps. Also like that you can separate the part so you don't have to drag the whole vacuum up the stairs.

I have a Dyson but it is extremely heavy and cumbersome to go up and downstairs. The Shark Rocket is awesome - very light weight, very easy to navigate, and great suction. Highly recommend.

Anyone who needs a new vacuum, buy the Shark Rocket Ultra-Light. It's worth every penny. The performance is fantastic! It works better than any vacuum I've ever used in my life. The size is absolutely perfect as it doesn't take up much space and fits perfectly in the closet. It's floor compatibility is great! It works on rugs, vinyl flooring, couches, etc.. I figured the durability of this vacuum would be nil but I dropped it and its still perfectly intact and working like it did the first time I used it. There is no battery life because it's corded so you don't have to worry about how long you can use it before it's next charge. I absolutely love this vacuum! I told my fiance while vacuuming that it lives up to it's name, it's definitely a shark!

I am a big Shark vacuum fan. But this one is a bit disappointing. The design is obviously from someone who does not vacuum on a regular basis. #1. The dust bin where all of the dirt goes does not detach from the vacuum! The cord is right above it. you have to drag the whole thing to a garbage and empty. Very awkward and not easy to do. #2. All of the other Sharks I have purchased have a light on the head of the vacuum to help you see the dirt and crumbs. Not this model. #3. It is again awkward to bend down to have to detach the vacuum from the head with your hand. My other models had a lever to step on and worked great. On the plus side, it is light and the suction is very good. As I said, disappointing design.

This is the best vacuum that I have ever owned. It is light weight, versatile, easy to do stairs as it has a long cable. Fit's all my needs, and it doesn't scare the dog!

We have gone through 3 Dyson products and have just had enough of the high priced short life span of them. Thought we would just grab something less expensive to get us through until we decided on our next vacuum.Read the reviews on this unit and were intrigued.Wow, what an amazing find!! Being corded gives it more power which was awesome. The cord is 25 feet long so you have lots of coverage before needing to switch outlets.It is light, well balanced and feels good in your hand.Great for reaching up for ceiling corners, powerful power bar for carpet, and easy to empty and operate.Wish we had of found this before we got caught up in the Dyson hype.You will not regret buying this vacuum!!

I absolutely love this vacuum. It has great suction, lightweight the only downfall I would say it has it won’t stand.I have owned many vacuums over the years this by far is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned better than Dyson. Awesome price as well.I bought myself one, and I turned around,and bought my son one as well.
